GOBOOST Case I Inner Mongolia mining area signal coverage, the effect is too good network speed soared!
GOBOOST Technology Breakthrough: Efficient Signal Coverage in Inner Mongolia Mining Area
There is an old Chinese poem: "The sky is pale, the field is vast, the wind blows the grass to see cattle and sheep". This is most people's impression of Inner Mongolia, have you ever understood Inner Mongolia? In fact, Inner Mongolia is a very large place; east forest, west mining, south agriculture and north pastoralism is the real Inner Mongolia.
Inner Mongolia is China's most discovered new minerals in the province, coal, rare earths, tin ore, agate ore. China has a number of "China's first" or even "the world's first mine", its geographical location are in Inner Mongolia.
So the vast Inner Mongolia, inevitably have signal coverage problems, sparsely populated, far from towns and cities, base station coverage, poor signal coverage conditions in the mining area how to enjoy the full signal?GOBOOST today received a case in Inner Mongolia, the following please follow us to understand the signal coverage project it!
Project Details: Signal Coverage in Inner Mongolia Mining Area
Project Location: Inner Mongolia, China
Coverage: 300 square meters
Project Type: Commercial
Project Description: In the mining area, far away from the town, almost no call signal
Customer Needs: Enhancement of 2G/4G network
Optimization of workers' living quarters in Inner Mongolia mining areas: details of GOBOOST signal enhancement program implementation
Design Solution:
Project for a mining area in Inner Mongolia, the mining area needs to do signal coverage is a 300 square meters of workers living area, according to the project responsible person Chen said: "usually do not say that the Internet, even the phone will feel very stuck, would have been in the mine life has been very boring, there is no recreational activities; now the only request is to have a signal to access the Internet, to be able to make smooth calls as well as swipe short videos."
The construction team tested the signal near the living area and found that there was a good signal source 150 meters away, which allowed them to set up an outdoor antenna.
Product Solution:
The coverage team first guided the customer to download "Cellular Z" to check the network, and the RSRP value of the living area was around -124dBm, the signal was very poor, basically in a state of disconnection.
(RSRP is a standard value to measure whether the signal is smooth or not, generally speaking -80dBm or above is very smooth, -110dBm or below is basically no network).
Considering the poor signal in the coverage area, GOBOOST coverage team chose KW35A mainframe, grid antenna, and coverage plate antenna.
Shopping list:
KW35A-GD * 1 set
Grid antenna * 1 pair
Large plate receiving antenna * 1 pair
1/2 feed line * 50 meters
Installation method:
1.Installation of receiving antenna
Install the outdoor antenna on the protective net which is 4 meters high from the ground, it can better accept the good signal from far away. (This outdoor antenna chooses the grid antenna, the grid antenna has the characteristics of cost-effective, receiving distance, receiving effect, etc., which is suitable for the signal coverage in the mountainous area).
2.Coverage antenna installation
Plate coverage antenna is directional emission, so choose to install it at 30 meters in front of the living area, it can cover the whole living area. (Plate antenna has high gain, high power and long life, it is mostly used in desert, mountainous area and other large outdoor signal coverage).
3.Connecting the host
The accessory chooses 1/2 feeder, which can reduce the signal loss in long-distance transmission. Connect the feeder of indoor and outdoor antennas to the host, make sure they are all connected before starting the power supply.
4.Signal Detection
After installation, use "CelluarZ" software to detect the signal value again, the RSRP value is -124dBm before coverage, and -67dBm after coverage, the coverage effect is very obvious.
From almost no signal to full 2G-4G signal in the mining area, the coverage effect made the customer praised it again and again, and through the referral, another project of signal coverage in Inner Mongolia Railway Tunnel was also given to GOBOOST.
GOBOOST, as a leading company in weak signal bridging, has 20 years of experience in wireless communication product research and development, and has developed nearly 100 products, as well as one-on-one guidance from the coverage team. Whether it is a mountainous area, a tunnel, an office or a house, you can rest assured that GOBOOST can solve your signaling problems.
