FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Processing time: order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are delivered to GOBOOST warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours of order placement.

Orders are processed by the warehouse and courier, which takes an additional 1-2 days.

Transit time: This is the time it takes for the item to travel from our warehouse to its destination. For orders from the USA, it usually takes between 7 and 10 working days to reach the destination, in exceptional cases it can take longer. Besides, DHL, FeDex etc. are also acceptable.

  • Each device of GOBOOST signal booster will pass times and times of production process and function testing before shipping. 
  • Main production process includes these parts: circuit board research and printing, semi-finished sampling, product assembling, function testing, packaging and shipping.
Each signal booster is marked with the band supported by the model; if you are not sure what your cell phone band is, You can "contact customer service", there will be professional technical support staff to assist you in checking your cell phone band.
